Random tests using np.random.seed() share global RNG state. When run in parallel, multiple tests can interfere with each other causing: - IndexOutOfRangeException in MT19937 (race on _pos/_key access) - Non-reproducible test results Added [NotInParallel] attribute to 27 random test classes to ensure sequential execution of tests sharing the global RNG.
Fixed circular delegation and incorrect type conversion in 18 RandomSampling files.
All overloads now properly delegate to Shape constructor:
- int[] → new Shape(size)
- params long[] → new Shape(size)
- int → new int[] { size } to int[] overload
Shape constructor accepts both int[] and long[], eliminating need for
Array.ConvertAll or Shape.ToIntArray in delegation chain.
Files fixed: dirichlet, gumbel, hypergeometric, laplace, logistic, logseries,
multivariate_normal, negative_binomial, noncentral_chisquare, pareto, power,
rayleigh, standard_cauchy, standard_exponential, standard_gamma, standard_t,
vonmises, zipf
After longindexing migration, Shape.dimensions is long[] instead of int[]. This caused circular delegation: params long[] → new Shape(size) → Shape overload → size.dimensions (long[]) → matches params long[] again → infinite recursion Fix: Shape overloads now use Shape.ToIntArray(size.dimensions) to delegate to the int[] implementation, breaking the circular dependency. Files fixed: beta, bernoulli, binomial, chisquare, exponential, f, gamma, geometric, logseries, lognormal, multinomial, noncentral_f, poisson, randn, standard_cauchy, standard_gamma, standard_t, triangular, uniform, wald, weibull
NumPy uses np.intp (int64 on 64-bit) as the canonical index type. NumSharp now matches this: long is primary, int upscales to long. Changes: - Move implementation from int[] to params long[] in 6 files - int[] now upscales via Shape.ComputeLongShape(size) - Shape delegates via size.dimensions (which is long[]) - Remove all Shape.ToIntArray and Array.ConvertAll downcasts - Change loop counters from int to long where needed Files refactored: f, logseries, standard_cauchy, standard_gamma, standard_t, vonmises, weibull
